If it doesn't arrive
alive, it's on us.

All overnight livestock orders are covered by our DOA guarantee. If a coral arrives dead on arrival, we will provide a replacement when clear photos are submitted within 2 hours of delivery. For added peace of mind, we also offer an extended 8-hour livestock guarantee, as long as photos taken within 2 hours of delivery show the coral unpacked and placed in the tank. Learn more here

When your coral ships

We ship on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Going out mid-week means your coral never sits in a warehouse over the weekend. Pick your preferred day at checkout and we'll do our best to hit it.

We ship on the next Wednesday or Thursday that's right for your coral and your local weather. That might be this week or the following one. Tracking goes out the moment it ships.
