This Privacy Policy explains how Craze Corals operated by Pulinium LLC (“Craze Corals,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit or make a purchase from crazecorals.com (the “Site”). We are a coral retailer based in the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area, shipping to the continental United States. We are committed to protecting your privacy and only using your information as described below.
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We may update this policy from time to time, and we encourage you to review this page periodically.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
When you place an order, create an account, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us, we may collect:
- Name and contact information (email address, phone number)
- Billing and shipping address
- Order details (products purchased, order history, preferred delivery day)
- Account login information, if you create an account
- Any information you include when you email us or fill out a form
Payment information. When you pay for an order, your payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. Craze Corals does not store or have access to your full card number.
Information we collect automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the Site, including:
- IP address, browser type, and device information
- Pages viewed, links clicked, and referring/exit pages
- Date and time of your visit
This information is collected using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
Address autocomplete
To make checkout faster, our address fields use Google’s address autocomplete service (Google Maps Platform / Places API). When you type an address, the characters you enter are sent to Google to return address suggestions. This is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.

- Process, fulfill, and ship your orders, and communicate with you about them
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests
- Create and manage your account

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as needed to run our store and as described below:
- Service providers. With companies that help us operate the Site and fulfill orders—for example, our hosting provider, payment processor (Stripe), shipping carriers, email/newsletter provider, and analytics and advertising providers (Google, Meta).
- Legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Craze Corals, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred to the successor entity.
A note on advertising. We use tools like the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Analytics that share certain online activity with those companies. Under some U.S. state privacy laws, this type of sharing for advertising or analytics may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You can limit this at any time through the opt-out options in Section 8.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
A cookie is a small file stored on your device that helps a website function and remember information about your visit. We use the following categories of cookies:
- Strictly necessary – required for the Site to work, such as keeping items in your cart and processing checkout.

If you sign up for our newsletter, we will send you periodic emails about new coral drops, restocks, promotions, and news. We will still send you transactional emails related to your orders (such as order confirmations and shipping updates).
7. Data Retention
We keep your personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy—such as maintaining your account, completing and supporting your orders, and complying with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal. Where required by law, we honor these signals; otherwise, the Site currently responds to them as described in this policy.
9. Security
We use reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect your information, including processing payments through PCI-compliant providers and serving the Site over secure (HTTPS) connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
