Shipping Policy
A shipping box MUST be purchased in order for your corals to be shipped.
NOTE: If local to DFW we can arrange local meetup.
TX, OK, NM, LA, AR: $40 Shipping
ALL Other States (Continental US): $55
Alaska & Hawaii: No shipping is offered at this time
We ship with a delivery day of Wednesday and Thursday. We will confirm the shipping date of your corals within 24 hours of receiving your order. After this email confirmation, it is up to you to provide a 24 hour notice if you can no longer receive the corals on the agreed upon date. Please call/email us, and we will find a new time to ship.
What if the corals arrive dead?
We guarantee that all livestock will arrive alive and as described. In the event of DOA (Dead On Arrival) an email to support@crazecorals.com must be sent within 4 hours of package delivery (FedEx or UPS posted time). This message must show clear photos of the dead coral both in the shipping bag and out of the bag (In white light/daylight). If a buyer does not contact Craze Corals in the specified 4 hour time frame, Craze Corals reserves the right to decline DOA coverage. Such cases will be reviewed at management’s discretion. The buyer must be at the location to receive delivery.
Returns
Returns are not possible. Please DO NOT send back any corals.
